Please check the Home page to see any shipping announcements such as vacation or holiday delays. At Jace Candles we will ship your order within 2-3 days if the items are in stock. If we have to make your candle to order or a custom label we will need 3-5 days to cook, clip and cure your candles before we ship. I mostly use UPS or US Postal service for shipping my items. So your candle will arrive within 5-7 business days from your purchase. I will do my best to uphold these shipping estimates but once it is with the postal service I can't control any delays or re-routes of your package. Note: In summer months my shipping may change to avoid your package sitting in the heat on a truck. During this time I will ship on Monday/Tuesday. We are sad to see you cancel your order but we know things happen. If you want to cancel a portion or full order, you can cancel your order free of charge if I have not yet shipped your item. Please email me at jacinda@jacecandles.com (jacinda@jacecandles.com)and I will cancel your purchase.

In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receiving order. All returns or exchanges must be in new and unused condition.
