faq

  • I can't wait, when will I receive my order?
    Please check the Home page to see any shipping announcements such as vacation or holiday delays. At Jace Candles we will ship your order within 2-3 days if the items are in stock. If we have to make your candle to order or a custom label we will need 3-5 days to cook, clip and cure your candles before we ship. I mostly use UPS or US Postal service for shipping my items. So your candle will arrive within 5-7 business days from your purchase. I will do my best to uphold these shipping estimates but once it is with the postal service I can't control any delays or re-routes of your package. Note: In summer months my shipping may change to avoid your package sitting in the heat on a truck. During this time I will ship on Monday/Tuesday. You will receive a tracking number but if you ever have any questions on the status of your order please contact me at Jacinda@jacecandles.com.
  • Can I Cancel my order?
    We are sad to see you cancel your order but we know things happen. If you want to cancel a portion or full order, you can cancel your order free of charge if I have not yet shipped your item. Please email me at jacinda@jacecandles.com and I will cancel your purchase.
  • What if I need to return or exchange my purchases?
    In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receiving order. All returns or exchanges must be in new and unused condition. See the full policy on our Shipping & Returns page.
