Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
At Jace Candles we will ship your order within 2-3 days if the items are in stock. If we have to make your candle to order we will need 3-5 days to cook, clip and cure your candles before we ship.
We mostly use UPS or US Postal service for shipping my items. So your candle will arrive within 5-7 business days from your purchase. We will do our best to uphold these shipping estimates but once it is with the postal service we can't control any delays or re-routes of your package.
Note: In summer months my shipping may change to avoid your package sitting in the heat on a truck. During this time I will ship on Monday/Tuesday.
You will receive a tracking number but if you ever have any questions on the status of your order please contact me at Jacinda@jacecandles.com.
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 and primarily use US Postal Service or UPS for shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receiving order. All returns or exchanges must be in new and unused condition.

Returns due to transit damage
Even though the candles are secured for shipping, as we know accidents happen. If there is an issue during transit please email me at jacinda@jacecandles.com to let me know of the issues along with a photo. Also advise if you would like a refund or a replacement item.

Refunds
We will process your refund within 2 business days after we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item.
Returns or Exchange
If the scent of the candle is not what you expected, we will send you another item of your choice that is in stock. We will not return shipping charges for items that have not been damaged. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost back to the seller. You should be able to re-use your original packing to return the item.
